Our commitment to fair and transparent refund and cancellation terms for every service we offer.
1. General Policy
Ayposh Brand provides custom digital marketing services that require significant time, expertise, and resources. Because our work is tailored to each client, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before any work has commenced, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests must be sent to info@theayposhbrand.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced — including but not limited to research, strategy development, design drafts, code changes, or ad account setup — refunds are no longer available. At this point, labor and resources have been invested in your project. You may request to pause work and resume later, subject to availability and any applicable holding fees.
4. Revision Policy
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds, clearly stated at checkout. Revisions must be requested within the scope of the original brief. Requests for entirely new concepts, major scope changes, or work outside the agreed deliverables may incur additional charges. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Recurring Services (Retainers)
For monthly retainer services (such as ongoing SEO, social media management, or ad management), you may cancel with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle once it has begun. Prorated refunds are not offered for partial months.
6. No-Show & Non-Responsiveness
Client delays caused by failure to provide required assets, feedback, or access within 14 days of request may result in project suspension. After 30 days of non-responsiveness, the project is considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before marking a project as abandoned.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If we cannot resolve the issue directly, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the governing law stated in our Terms of Use.
8. Third-Party Costs
Refunds do not cover third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, including but not limited to ad spend, software subscriptions, domain purchases, hosting fees, or stock assets. These are passed through at cost and are non-refundable once purchased.
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of services and additional legal action. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and provide evidence of delivered services to the payment processor.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
